By accessing or using InterimCMO, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. InterimCMO is operated personally by Elias Terman.
Informational and experimental content
InterimCMO content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Insights may express working theses, and Experiments may report incomplete or evolving results. Dates, evidence states, sources, limitations, and corrections should be considered part of the content.
Nothing on the site is legal, financial, investment, tax, cybersecurity, employment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for evaluating information and making your own decisions.
Angel investing references
A statement that Elias is open to angel investment opportunities is not an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, investment advice, or a commitment to invest. Any potential investment is subject to separate evaluation, diligence, agreement, and applicable law.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, the site’s original writing, design, research framing, and brand materials belong to Elias Terman or are used with permission. You may link to and quote brief portions with clear attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, remove attribution, misrepresent authorship, or use the InterimCMO name or marks to imply endorsement.
Responsible use
You may not use the site to:
- interfere with its operation, security, or availability;
- attempt unauthorized access or introduce malicious code;
- collect personal information from the site unlawfully;
- submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material; or
- use automated access in a manner that materially burdens the service or violates applicable law.
Third-party services and links
The site may discuss or link to third-party products and services. Their availability, accuracy, security, and terms are controlled by their providers. A link or experiment does not imply endorsement, certification, or a continuing relationship.
No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Elias Terman will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the site. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount you paid to access the site during the preceding 12 months, which is currently zero.
Changes and availability
Content, features, and these terms may change as InterimCMO evolves. Material changes update the effective date and change history. Use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. The site or any feature may be suspended or discontinued.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and how AI-assisted monitoring supports policy maintenance.
Contact and severability
Questions about these terms may be sent to the contact form. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Change history
- Activated directly installed Google Analytics with explicit opt-in, approved retention, and no advertising features. Tag Manager remains inactive. Public access no longer requires a reviewer cookie.
- Added browser privacy choices and approved an opt-in analytics plan. Google Analytics and Tag Manager remain disabled pending configuration and verification.
- Disabled Formspree submission archiving and clarified retention for contact-form messages.
- Added the Beehiiv newsletter and Formspree contact form, including the information collected, purposes, and retention disclosures.
